Sally C. Morton is executive vice president of Knowledge Enterprise and chief research and innovation officer at Arizona State University, and leads ASU’s research and economic development ecosystem. Morton oversees ASU’s research institutes, corporate strategic partnerships, international development, intellectual property and technology transfer, and is responsible for the university’s over $1B in annual research expenditures. Morton is a professor in the School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences and the College of Health Solutions. She is a member of the National Academy of Medicine and received a Ph.D. in statistics from Stanford.
