Work-life balance

We perform the best when we are rested and recharged. KE understands the importance of a good work-life balance, and offers hybrid work schedules, paid holidays, vacation and sick time. The university also allows 12 weeks paid parental leave to eligible employees.

Though our scope is global, Knowledge Enterprise is headquartered in Arizona on ASU’s Tempe campus, and we’re proud to call the Valley of the Sun home. Three additional campuses — Downtown, Polytechnic and West — as well as a number of other locations comprise ASU’s footprint in the Phoenix area, with additional locations throughout the state. As one of the fastest growing urban areas in the U.S., the Phoenix metropolitan region enjoys sunshine year-round and is a great place to live, work and play, with diverse cuisine and ample opportunities for recreation and leisure.
